What can I do with the tickets I win from Slots and Cards?

Tickets can be used to purchase merchandise from the Prize and Joy store in Gold Mountain. These prizes can be found nowhere else on the site.

Prize and Joy does not accept Gaia Gold or Gift Credits.

Can I convert my tickets back to Gaia Gold or tokens?

There is no direct way to convert tickets back to gold or tokens. They CAN be sold in the marketplace though.

When I try to start up Slots, Fishing, or other Flash games, I get a blank screen.

Most Gaia games require that you install version 7 or later of the Flash ?
Plug-in for your browser. For more information about installing Flash, please read the last section of “Why do I see blank pages / blank elements?”

I only see one fish / flower / bug / etc. in my inventory! What happened to the rest?

Certain items such as fish, insects and trash are what we call Quantified Items — only the first of its kind is shown. Additional items of that kind are marked by a small number next to the the item.

What can I do if a Flash-based game does not load/partially loads?

Your browser’s cache may need to be flushed. Please follow the instructions provided:

Internet Explorer Users:

  • 1. From the “Tools” menu, select “Internet Options”.

  • 2. From the Temporary Internet files section, select “Delete Files…”.

Mozilla Browsers (Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape):
  • 1. From the “Tools” menu, select “Options”.

  • 2. Select the “Privacy” icon and then click on the Plus symbol next to “Cache”

  • 3. Select the “Clear” button.

This operation may take serveral minutes.

If you continue to have issues, you may wish to clear the cookies from your computer - this will cause your system to forget any passwords that you may have saved on your computer, so use caution. The procedure for clearing the cookies is:
